execute multiple queries over a single connection

Hi!
Is SQL Server 2000, just a toy?
Accordind validation tests it needs 30.000 connections to move
170 rows from Linked Server.
JackWe need more information. How do you "move 170 rows from Linked Server"? Can
you show us some code?
How did you determine that 30000 connection were needed?
